Tato práce se zabývá obchodem službami, který během posledních desetiletí výrazně nabral na významu především díky pokroku technologií a komunikací. Zaměřuje se na vývoj liberalizace obchodu se službami s důrazem na Všeobecnou dohodu o obchodu službami (GATS), která prvním a jediným souborem mnohostranných pravidel pro mezinárodní obchod službami, a na vývoj současných jednání o službách. V poslední části je ukázána liberalizace ve třech důležitých sektorech -- ve finančních službách, telekomunikacích a dopravě. This work considers trade in services and its growing importance thanks to the development in technologies and communications. It focuses on services trade liberalization and General Agreement on Trade in Services (GATS), the first and only set of multilateral rules governing international trade in services; and current services negotiations. In the last part there is reviewed liberalization progress in three important sectors -- financial services, telecommunications and transport services.
