Východiska: Vzhledem k demografickému stárnutí obyvatelstva ve vyspělých zemích, roste zastoupení seniorů v populaci. Tento trend se odráží i v adiktologii, kdy se stále častěji setkáváme s cílovou skupinou seniorů závislých na návykových látkách (gerontoadiktologie). V ČR je poměrně dobře vybudovaná síť služeb pro adiktologické klienty, ve které má své opodstatněné místo pobytová služba následná péče. Zaměřuje se především na udržování pozitivních změn v chování, postupné začlenění klientů do normálního života a efektivně podporuje abstinenci. Avšak žádný dosavadní výzkum nereflektuje, jak je tato služba dostupná gerontoadiktologickým klientům v Jihomoravském, Jihočeském a v Kraji Vysočina, jaké má pro ně programy a přizpůsobení, popřípadě jaké jsou nedostatky v péči o tyto klienty. Cíle: Jádrem výzkumu je zmapovat dostupnost služeb pobytové následné péče v Jihočeském, v Jihomoravském a v kraji Vysočina pro gerontoadiktologické klienty. Identifikovat možné limitující faktory pro tuto cílovou skupinu a poskytnout autentickou subjektivní zkušenost výzkumníků, v roli příbuzných adiktologických klientů, při komunikaci se službami. Metody výzkumu: Praktická část práce byla realizována za pomocí kvalitativní výzkumné metody Mystery shopping, při které realizátoři studie, v roli potenciálních zájemců o... Resources: Due to the demographic aging of the population in developed countries, the proportion of seniors in the population is increasing. This trend is also reflected in the adictology which we are increasingly meeting the target group addicted to addictive substances (gerontoadictology). The Czech republic has a relatively well-established network of services for addiction clients in which the residential care service has a justified place. It is focused on maintaining positive behavioral changes, gradual integration of s, which programmes and adaptations it has for them, or what are the gaps in the care of these clients. The thesis identifies possible limiting factors for this target group and deserves authentic subjective experience of research in the role of relatives of addicted clients during communications with services. Methodology: Practical part of the thesis was realized by the qualitative research method Mystery shopping during which implementers of the study were finding out by the phone, in the role of potential candidates for aftercare service, needed information.
