Diplomová práce se zabývá motivací k dalšímu vzdělávání u pedagogických pracovníků a faktory, které tuto motivaci ovlivňují. Práce je koncipována do dvou částí, části teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část obsahuje obecné poznatky o vzdělávání dospělých, dalším vzdělávání učitelů, formách vzdělávání. V praktické části je zhodnocen dotazník týkající se otázek z oblasti motivace a faktory, které ovlivňují účast pedagogů na dalším vzdělávání. Podle vyhodnoceného dotazníku byl zjištěn zájem pedagogů na účasti dalšího vzdělávání. Na jakém typu dalšího vzdělávání se nejčastěji účastní, jaká je nejčastější motivace nebo naopak jaké jsou bariéry pro účast na dalším vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků. Jsou ověřeny stanovené hypotézy a zodpovězeny výzkumné otázky. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains general knowledge about adult education, further education of teachers, forms of education. The practical part evaluates the questionnaire on issues of motivation and factors that affect the participation of teachers in further education. According to the evaluated questionnaire, the interest of teachers in participating in further education was found. What type of further education they participate in most often, what is the most common motivation or, conversely, what are the barriers to participation in further education of pedagogical staff. The established hypotheses and answered research questions are verified.
