Získaná data byla dále zpracována programem NeuroCom Balance Manager Software. K analýze a statistickému zp -test (Welchova verze T-testu) a Mann-Whitney U-test s hladinou významnosti p = 0,05. Výsledky: V Sensory Organization Test (SOT) u COND1 s p = <0,001; COND3 s p = 0,015; COND4 s p = <0,001; COND5 s p = 0,008; COND6 s p = 0,005, VIZ s p = <0,001 a VES s p = 0,029 Parametr Latency COMP s p = <0,001 v Motor Control Test (MCT) a parametr Endpoint Excursion (EPE) s p = 0,004 v testu Limits of Stability (LOS). V testu Sensory Organization Test (SOT) s la shledána statistická významnost, p = 0,943. : Dle statisticky zpracovaných dat byly zamítnuty 2 hypotézy z tím Dynamická posturální stabilita, postura, posturografie, Neurocom SMART EquiTestTitle: Evaluation of dynamic postural stabilization according to the lenght of the lower limbs in road cyclists Objectives: The aim of this diploma thesis is to compare and evaluate the level of dynamic postural stability among professional road cyclists and a healthy population without regular sports activities. Another goal is to find the relationship between anthropometric length of lower limbs and performance of professional road cyclists. Methods: Experimental group of professional road cyclists n = 34 probands (27 men and 7 women) with a mean age of 23.65 ± 3.45, no serious injuries, actively racing for at least 5 years and control group not regularly performing n = 33 probands (26 men and 7 women) 6 women) with an average age of 23.19 ± 2.00, without serious injuries from UK FTVS students. Dynamic postural stability testing took place in the kinesiology laboratory of the Department of Physiotherapy UK FTVS on the NeuroCom Smart EquiTest device. Each participant was always tested only once by all 7 test protocols Sensory Organization Test, Motor Control Test, Rhythmic Weight Shift, Weight Bearing Squat, Unilateral Stance, Adaptation test and Limits of Stability.
