Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem projektu ve vybrané společnosti a řešení projektu pomocí projektového řízení. Vybraná společnost je analyzována pomocí několika analýz, z nichž je sestavena analýza SWOT. V teoretické části práce je definováno projektové řízení společně s projektem a vývojem softwaru. Navrhované řešení projektu zahrnuje návrh a analýzu změny společně s návrhem informačního systému, jeho finanční a časové analýzy. The diploma thesis deals with project design in a selected company and project solution using project management. The selected company is analyzed using several analyzes, from which a SWOT analysis is compiled. The theoretical part of the thesis defines project management together with project and software development. The proposed project solution includes the design and analysis of change together with the design of the information system, its financial and time analysis.
