Předmětem této diplomové práce jsou právní předpisy na území dnešního Toskánska ve čtrnáctém století. Její úvodní část se zaměřuje na obecnou politickou a správně právní situaci na daném území, historický exkurz se zabývá také právními prameny Trecenta. Druhá část se věnuje vývoji toskánštiny v Duecentu a Trecentu s přihlédnutím k právnímu jazyku. Třetí část je věnována právnímu jazyku jako celku, jeho specifikům a zvláštnostem v lexiku i v morfosyntaxi. Závěrečná kapitola je zaměřena na praktický jazykový rozbor právního textu ze čtrnáctého století, Statuti dell'Opera di San Jacopo di Pistoia. The subject of this diploma thesis is legislation in today's Tuscnay region in the Trecento. Its introductary part focuses on the general political and administrative legal situation in the determined area, the historical excursion also deals with sources of law in the Trecento. The second part focuses on the evolution of the tuscan dialect in the Duecento and Trecento, taking into account legal language as well. The third part is dedicated to legal language itself, to its specifics and peculiarities regarding the lexicon and also morphology and syntax. The final chapter is dedicated to a practical analysis of a legal document from the fourteenth century, Statuti dell'Opera di San Jacopo di Pistoia.
