rtačná práca pojednáva o možnosti nového prístupu pri návrhu lineárnej osi pre ťažký obrábací stroj s využitím systémového prístupu a pokročilých simulačných prostriedkov na báze metódy konečných prvkov. Výsledkom práce je obecná metodika použiteľná pri vývoji a konštrukcii ťažkého obrábacieho stroja akejkoľvek kinematickej konfigurácie bez ohľadu na požadované prevádzkové parametre stroja. Práca je koncipovaná tak, že s využitím systémového prístupu je vytvorená metodika a následne je detailne popísaný postup pri tvorbe komplexného výpočtového modelu, ktorý je pre danú metodiku nevyhnutné vytvoriť. Na základe systémového prístupu a z neho vytvorenej metodiky návrhu lineárnej osi a tvorby komplexného modelu boli realizované prípadové štúdie. Dosiahnuté výsledky boli verifikované experimentálnymi metódami. Dosiahnuté výsledky sú využiteľné v praxi, pri vývoji CNC ťažkého obrábacieho stroja pre konštrukčné a výpočtové oddelenie. The dissertation thesis deals with the possibility of a new approach to the design of a linear axis for a heavy machine tool using a system approach and advanced simulation tools based on the finite element method. The result of the thesis is a general methodology applicable in the development and design of heavy machine tools of any kinematic configuration, regardless of the required operating parameters of the machine. The thesis is designed so that using a system approach, a methodology is created and then the procedure for creating a complex computational model, which is necessary for the methodology, is described in detail. Case studies were carried out on the basis of a system approach and the methodology of linear axis design and the creation of a complex model created from it. The obtained results were verified by experimental methods. The achieved results can be used in industry in the design stage of a CNC heavy machine tool for the design and computation department.
