V současné době pozorujeme sílící trend stěhování lidí do větších měst. Člověk má menší kontakt s přírodou než dříve a nejnovější výzkumy ukazují, že toto je problém. Shrnujeme zde závěry provedených studií, které dokazují pozitivní efekt přírodního prostředí na psychologii a fyziologii člověka. Naše práce je zaměřena na efekt vylepšení nálady a kognitivních schopností díky působení stimulu. Výzkum probíhal distančně prostřednictvím dotazníků. Respondenty (N=600) jsme vystavili fotografiím čtyř typů lesního prostředí a zkoumali rozdíl ve skóre pomocí standardizovaných metod STROOP testu a POMS-SF. Při navrhování designu naší studie jsme se inspirovali provedenými výzkumy. Originální přístup spočíval v rozlišení lesního prostředí na typy listnaté a jehličnaté, respektive přirozené a nepřirozené. Ptali jsme se respondentů, jak se jim líbí venkovní prostředí, kterému byli předtím vystaveni. Díky tomu jsme mohli při vyhodnocování výsledků zjistit, jestli souvisí efekt stimulu na náladu a kognici s libostí. Závěry diplomové práce naznačují, že všechny typy lesního prostředí mají efekt na náladu při srovnání s městem jako kontrolním stimulem. Neprokázal se efekt stimulu na kognitivní schopnosti, což mohlo být způsobené nedostatečným vyčerpáním respondentů. Pozorovali jsme velké rozdíly mezi libostí... We are currently witnessing a growing trend of people moving to larger cities. People are less in touch with nature than before and recent research shows that this is a problem. In this thesis, we summarise the findings of studies that have been carried out and proved the positive effect of the natural environment on human psychology and physiology. Our work focuses on the effect of mood and cognitive enhancement due to exposure to a stimulus. The research was conducted remotely through questionnaires. We exposed respondents (N=600) to photographs of four types of forest environments and examined the difference in scores using standardized methods of STROOP and POMS-SF tests. When formulating the design of our study, we drew inspiration from already conducted research. The original feature of our approach rested in distinguishing forest environments into deciduous and coniferous types, or primary and secondary types. We asked respondents how they liked the outdoor environment to which they had previously been exposed. This allowed us to determine whether the effect of the stimulus on mood and cognition was related to liking when evaluating the results.
