Název: Vliv pravidelné mimoškolní pohybové aktivity na komponenty tělesné zdatnosti u předškolních dětí Cíle: Zjistit zda pravidelná pohybová mimoškolní aktivita má vliv na komponenty tělesné zdatnosti. Metody: Výzkumný soubor obsahoval 26 probandů ve věku 5 a 6 let, na který působila 8 měsíční pohybová intervence, která byla zaměřena na všestranný pohybový rozvoj, formou mimoškolní pohybové aktivity. V této práci byla použita metoda kvazi- experimentu a metoda analýzy. Naměřené hodnoty byly analyzovány za využití párového T-Testu pro data s normálním rozložením a Wilcoxonova párového testu pro data s nenormálním rozložením. Při zkoumání, jsme využili motorických testů a to konkrétně: člunkový běh 10x5m, skok daleký z místa, Pavlíkův test, plameňák 30s, sed leh 30s, výdrž ve shybu, flexibilita v sedě, tělesnou hmotnost a tělesnou výšku probandů. Výsledky: Po zpracování výsledků výzkumného souboru došlo u všech těchto testů: člunkový běh 10x5m, skok daleký, Pavlíkův test, výdrž ve shybu, plameňák 30s, sedl leh 30s k signifikantnímu zlepšení. Až na výsledky testů flexibility v sedě, kde nedošlo k signifikantním změnám. Výsledky ukazují, že zvolená intervence má vliv na zvýšení tělesné zdatnosti předškolní populace. Methods: The research population consisted of 26 probands aged 5 and 6 years, who were exposed to an 8-month movement intervention that focused on all-round movement development in the form of after-school physical activity. The quasi-experimental and analytical methods were used in this study. The measured values were analyzed using paired T-Test for data with normal distribution and Wilcoxon paired test for data with non-normal distribution. In the investigation, we used motor tests namely: shuttle run 10x5m, long jump from standing, Pavlik's test,, flamingo 30s, seated lying 30s, pull up test, flexibility in sitting, body weight and body height of probands. Result: After processing the results of the research set, there was a significant improvement in all of the following tests: shuttle run 10x5m, long jump, Pavlik's test, pull up test, flamingo 30s, sit-up 30s.
