Abstrakt: [cze][eng] Petra Králová Název: fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po totální endoprotéze kyčelního Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce je podat teoretický základ a rozebrat problematiku TEP kyčelního kloubu následně zpracovanou kazuistiku fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po TEP kyčelního kloubu pro koxartrózu. Shrnutí: Závěrečná práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - obecná a speciální. Obecná část má podat základní poznatky z oblasti anatomie, kineziologie a biomechaniky kyčelního kloubu, informovat o nejčastějších onemocnění tohoto kloubu a rozebrat problematiku TEP kyčle pro koxartrózu. Summary: The thesis is devided into two parts - general and specialized. General part provides conceptual framework and builds on existing literature of anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics of the hip joint. It further informs about the most common diseases affecting the joint and analyzes problematics of total hip replacement for coxarthrosis. It serves as theoretical framework for second part. The specialized part contains a case study of a patient after total hip replacement and following rehabilitation care. During this case study, the author solely used noninvasive methods and approches, which had been acquired during bachelor's studies at The Faculty of Physical Education and Sport, Charles University.
