V tomto článku shrnuji některé své zkušeností s měřením optických spekter tenkých vrstev. První část je zaměřena na měření optických spekter ve střední infračervené oblasti, v druhé části jsou diskutovány měření optických spekter tenkých vrstev v blízké ultrafialové, viditelné a blízké infračervené oblasti a ve třetí části se zabývám možnostmi měření optických spekter v optickém mikroskopu. In this article I summarize my experience with measurement of the optical properties of thin layers. Article has three parts. The first part focuses on the measurement of optical spectra in the medium infrared region, in the second part I discuss the optical spectra in the near ultraviolet, visible and near infrared region and in the third part I discuss the optical spectroscopy done with the help of the optical microscope.
