Studie se zabývá počátky změn ve střední a východní Evropě během a po 1. světové válce, mechanismem rozhodnutí udělaných na Pařížské mírové konferenci v letech 1919-20 a jejich srovnáním s mírovým "diktátem" císařského Německa v Brestu a Bukurešti v roce 1918. Paper concerning with the origins of changes in Central and Eastern Europe during and after WW I. One of main items of this paper was mechanism of the decision making at Peace Conference in Paris during 1919-20 and its comparison with Peace “dictate” of Kaiser Germany in Brest and Bucharest 1918.
