Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na návrh změn systému odměňování v oddělení vybrané společnosti. Práce je rozdělena na tři části. První teoretická část zahrnuje klíčové pojmy a koncepty z oblasti odměňování. Druhá praktická část pojednává o současném stavu systému odměňování zaměstnanců v oddělení a o analýze vnitřních a vnějších vlivů. V třetí části jsou popsány návrhy řešení a jejich ekonomické zhodnocení. The bachelor thesis focuses on the proposal for changes to the system of remuneration of employees in the department of the selected company. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first theoretical part includes key terms and concepts in the field of remuneration. The second practical part deals with the current state of the system of remuneration of employees in the department and the analysis of internal and external influences. The third part desbribes the proposed solutions and their economic evaluation.
