Téma bakalářské práce je zaměřeno na možné metody výroby otvorů ve stěně trubky. Jsou zde představeny nejznámější způsoby zhotovování otvorů jako je vrtání, stříhání a frézování. Dále je práce doplněna i o některé z nekonvenčních způsobu jako Flowdrill, T-drill nebo v současné době velice používanou technologií – řezání laserem. U každé metody je popsána základní technologie procesu, jsou zde uvedeny příklady nástrojů a strojů. Na závěr nechybí celkové hodnocení v podobě přehledu výhod a nevýhod. The topic of the bachelor thesis deals with processing and forming of profiles (tubes). In the thesis, the most well-known methods of making a hole in the wall of the tube such as drilling, cutting and milling are introduced. The work is further supplemented by some of the unconventional methods such as Flowdrill, T-drill, or currently the most required machining today – laser cutting. Basic technology process is described for each method, as well as examples of tools and machines are presented. In the end, complete evaluation is presented in the form of an overview of advantages and disadvantages.
