Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zhodnocení výkonnosti společnosti abc s.r.o., která působí v oblasti automotive. Vybraná společnost bude porovnána s vhodnými konkurenčními společnostmi prostřednictvím benchmarkingu. Cílem práce je odhalit slabá místa a navrhnout řešení, která povedou ke zlepšení současné výkonnosti společnosti. The master thesis is focused on the evaluation of the performance of the company abc s.r.o., which operates in the automotive sector. The company will be compared with the appropriate competitors by the approach called benchmarking. The goal of the thesis is to identify weaknesses and suggest solutions that will improve the current performance of the company.
