Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou zákaznické spokojenosti ve vybraném podniku. Teoretická část nabízí objasnění důležitých pojmů, které budou důležité pro orientování se v následující analytické části této diplomové práce. Po teoretických východiscích následuje analýza současné situace podniku prostřednictvím popisu vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí firmy, na což naváže dotazníkové šetření včetně vyhodnocení výsledků průzkumu. Nakonec dojde k představení návrhů ke zvýšení spokojenosti zákazníků. The diploma thesis focuses on analysing customer satisfaction in chosen company. Theoretical part clarifies important terms, which are important for understanding the analytical part of this diploma thesis. After the theoretical basis follows the analytical part of the current situation through a description of internal and external company’s environment, which is followed by a questionnaire and its results. Finally, some suggestions for improvement of the customer satisfaction will be presented.
