Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o důležitých aspektech trestu domácího vězení v České republice. Teoretická část obnáší základní informace o tomto trestu a elektronickém monitoringu odsouzených. V praktické části byl proveden výzkum kvalitativními polostrukturovanými rozhovory s deseti probačními úředníky, kteří mají zkušenosti s agendou trestu domácího vězení. Výzkum zjišťuje pohled probačních úředníků na trest domácího vězení s využitím kontroly elektronického monitorovacího systému. The theoretical part contains basic information about this sentence and electronic monitoring of convicts. In the practical part qualitative semi-structured interviews were used with probation officers who have experience with the house arrest. The research looks at the views of officials on criminal prosecution with the control of the electronic monitoring system.
