Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh strategie expanze vybrané společnosti na zahraniční trh. Tato společnost sídlí v Brně a hlavním předmětem podnikání je prodej dámské módy. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí. První část se zabývá vymezením problému, cíli práce a metodami zpracování. Teoretická část mapuje základní pojmy řešené problematiky. Na tuto část navazuje analytická část s analýzou vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí. Poslední, a to návrhovou část práce tvoří vlastní návrhy řešení včetně finančního plánu. The aim of the diploma thesis is to suggest a strategy for an expansion of the selected company on a foreign market. This company is based in Brno and it‘s core business is selling women‘s fashion. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part concerns the main aspects of the problem, the aim of the thesis and the methods used in order to achieve it. The theoretical part introduces the basic theoretic concepts of the researched matter. This part is followed by a description of an external and internal environment. The last part of the thesis consists of some suggestions and proposed solutions which includes a financial plan as well.
