Náplní této bakalářské práce je zhotovení dokumentace pro stavební povolení a části dokumentace pro provádění stavby na základě architektonické studie, která byla vypracována v předmětu AG35 – Ateliér architektonické tvorby V. Předmětem této studie je obnova a návrh nového využití objektu bývalého Nejvyššího státního zastupitelství v ulici Kobližná č.p. 22, který se nachází v centru města Brna v blízkosti náměstí Svobody. Podmínkou obnovy je, aby byl zachován půdorys původního objektu a ve velké míře i jeho vnější ráz. Zachování celkového funkcionalistického vzhledu budovy je docíleno například návrhem nových oken, vzhledem připomínajících pásová okna. Vnitřní struktura objektu je kompletně změněna a co nejlépe přizpůsobena pro jeho nové využití. I zde jsem se ovšem čerpala inspiraci z některých původních prvků, jako jsou luxfery, či lité teracové podlahy. Objekt bude využíván jako sídlo Janáčkovy akademie múzických umění v Brně, konkrétně se zde budou nacházet ateliéry scénografie a světelného designu a kanceláře rektorátu. Prostory pro ateliéry jsou navrhovány multifunkčně, pomocí posuvných stěn lze měnit jejich vnitřní strukturu a přizpůsobit je pro různá využití. Podlaží, ve kterých se ateliéry nachází, jsou nově propojena závěsným schodištěm. V přízemí objektu bude také kavárna pro veřejnost. Součástí této práce je i úprava prostoru před objektem. Zde je navržen vodní prvek s využitím jako pódium, posezení a doplňková zeleň. This thesis offers the complete documentation for the building permit and partial documentation for the construction work. It is based on an architectural plan and it is the outcome of AG35 (Architectural Design Studio 5) course. The two objectives of this study are the renovation of the former building of the Prosecutor General´s Office in Kobližná Street 22, that can be found in Brno city centre near Liberty Square (Náměstí svobody), and the suggestion about the new purpose of its usage. The renovation is possible under the condition that the ground plan of the building and partially also its exterior design should be preserved. To maintain the exterior design of this functionalist-style building I used e.g. the installation of new windows that are very similar to continuous windows. The interior of the building is completely altered and it is adapted to the new purpose of the building. I found inspiration in some of the original architectural elements, such as glass bricks or cast terazzo flooring. The building will serve as JAMU (Janáček Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Brno) headquarters, namely for Stage Setting and Lighting Design Studio and for the rectorate. The Stage Setting and Lighting Design Studio premises are designed in terms of mutifunctionality - with sliding walls we can change the room design and adapt them to different types of use. The two floors with the studios will be newly connected with suspended staircase. There will be a public café for on the ground floor. The makeover of the front garden is also a part of this thesis. There is a water element that can be used as a stage, a sitting and an additional greenery.
