Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou detekce rizik v konfliktech při vydávání nové verze v zákaznických prostředích. Práce se věnuje znalostním oblastem managementu projektů dle aktuálního standardu PMI, kde jedna z oblastí řízení rizik je detailněji popsána. Teoretické znalosti jsou aplikovány v praktické části při specifikaci požadavků a návrhu nástroje. V dalších částech je uvedena implementace a postup testování. This diploma thesis deals with the issue of risk detection in conflicts when releasing a new version in customer environments. This thesis deals with the knowledge areas of project management according to the current PMI standard, where one of the areas of risk management is described in more detail. Theoretical knowledge is applied in the practical part when specifying the requirements and design of the tool. The following sections describe the implementation and testing procedure.
