Název: Kompetenční profil fotbalového trenéra žen Cíle: Hlavním cílem této práce je vytvořit kompetenční profil ideálního fotbalového trenéra žen z pohledu samotných fotbalových hráček. Metody: Pro dosažení cíle práce byly použity studie odborné literatury zabývající se problematikou trenérství, kompetencí a specifičností ženského organismu. Získaná data byla doplněna a upravena na základě neformálních rozhovorů s fotbalovými hráčkami. Pro posouzení důležitosti jednotlivých kompetencí byla zvolena 5 stupňová Likertova škála. Respondentky byly fotbalové hráčky a jejich dotazování probíhalo prostřednictvím elektronického dotazování. Výsledky: Výsledkem této práce je kompetenční profil fotbalového trenéra žen, jenž obsahuje ty nejdůležitější kompetence rozdělené do několika skupin. Methods: To achieve the aims of this work were used study of literature dealing with the issue of coaching, competencies and specifics of the female organism. The obtained data were supplemented and modified on the basis of informal interviews with women's football players. A 5-point Liker scale was chosen to assess the importance of individual competencies. Respondents were women's football players. They were asked about the importance of competencies by social networks. Results: The result of this work is a competency profile of a women's football coach which contains the most important competencies divided into several groups.
