The aim of our contribution is in estimating the effect of the particles properties on their settling behaviour in solid-liquid suspensions. Second campaign is especially aimed at mercury porosimetry and surface tension as measurement of contact angle. Surface texture is illustrated by AFM (Atomic Force Microscopy) images. The AFM topography is carried out in oscillating regime Cílem našeho příspěvku je určit vliv vlastností částic na jejich usazování v kapalinových suspenzích. Druhá část měření se zvláště zaměřuje na rtuťovou porozimetrii a povrchové napětí (měřením kontaktního úhlu). Povrchová textura částice je znázorněn pomocí metody AFM (Atomic Force Microscopy). AFM topografie je provedena v oscilačním režimu
