Název: Výskyt senzomotorických obtíží u dětí se sluchovým postižením Cíle: Cílem práce bylo ověření hypotéz vyššího výskytu senzomotorických obtíží u dětí se sluchovým postižením pomocí posouzení motoriky, pohybové zdatnosti a somatognostických funkcí. Dílčím cílem bylo ověření korelace mezi použitými metodami. Metody: Této kvantitativní studie se zúčastnilo 73 dětí (27 dívek a 46 chlapců) se sluchovým postižením ve věku od 7 do 16 let (průměrný věk 11,9±2,8 roků). Průměrná hmotnost dětí byla 47,7±17,4 kg, průměrná výška 153±17,5 cm a jejich BMI bylo s průměrnou hodnotou 19,7±4,1. Testování dětí se sluchovým postižením proběhlo standardizovaným Testem motoriky pro děti MABC-2, Unifittestem 6-60 a jejich výsledky byly vyhodnoceny podle českých norem. Všechny děti prošly testy zaměřenými na vyšetření somatognostických funkcí podle Koláře. Od rodičů 54 dětí se sluchovým postižením byla dále pomocí nestandardizovaného dotazníku získána anamnestická data. U 20 dětí se podařilo zopakovat testování po 3 letech. Pro zpracování dat byl využit program Statistica a Microsoft Excel 2016. Výsledky: U dětí se sluchovým postižením se potvrdil vyšší výskyt motorických obtíží oproti normám pro české děti. V rámci motoriky (Test MABC-2) se v oblasti bez obtíží nacházelo 46 % dětí, 25 % dětí bylo v riziku výskytu... Title: Occurrence of coordination disorders in children with hearing impairment Objectives: The aim of this master thesis was to verify the hypothesis that children with hearing impairment have higher incidence of sensorimotor issues byassessing their motor skills, physical fitness and somatognostic functions. A partial goal was to assess the correlation between the methods used. Methods: The examination group consisted of 73 children (27 girls and 46 boys) with hearing impairment aged 7 to 16 years (mean age 11.9 ± 2.8 years). The mean weight of the children was 47.7 ± 17.4 kg, the mean height was 153 ± 17.5 cm and the average BMI value was 19.7 ± 4.1. Following methods for testing of children with hearing impairment were utilized: the Movemet Assessment Battery for Children - Second Edition (MABC-2) and Unifittest 6-60. Results were evaluated according to Czech standards. All children were also tested for their somatognostic functions according to Kolář. Furthermore, anamnestic data were obtained from parents of 54 children using a non-standardized questionnaire. In the case of 20 children, the assessment was repeated after 3 years.
