Diplomová práce se zabývá profesním rozvojem učitelů v mateřských školách. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na charakteristiku systému dalšího vzdělávání učitelů v mateřských školách a jeho zasazení do kontextu celoživotního učení. Dále specifikuje parametry profesního rozvoje učitele v MŠ. České vzdělávání učitelů v MŠ je porovnáváno s vybranými zeměmi. Poslední kapitolou v teoretické časti je analýza vzdělávacích programů NUV, NIVD a pedagogické fakulty UK. Hlavním cílem výzkumné části je zjistit, jaká je informovanost vyučujících v mateřských školách o nabídce dalšího vzdělávání učitelů, kdo a jakým způsobem vybírá vzdělávací aktivity a jak rozumějí dalšímu vzdělávání pro svoji praxi. Výzkumné šetření je realizováno formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se sedmi učitelkami mateřských škol. Z toho dvě vedoucí učitelky a pět klasických učitelek. Dále byla realizovaná analýza vzdělávacích programů, které jsou zajišťovány na národní úrovni. Z analýzy vzdělávací nabídky a z rozhovorů s učitelkami vyplynulo, že nabídka vzdělávacích programů částečně souhlasí s potřebami jednotlivých učitelek. Zároveň ale byly zjištěny nedostatky v oblasti profesní podpory, kdy NUV a NIDV nenabízí dostatečnou podporu prevence syndromu vyhoření. Rozhovory s učitelkami ukázaly, že profesní rozvoj považují za důležitý, ale... The thesis deals with professional development of teachers in kindergartens. The theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of the system of further education of teachers in kindergartens and its sending to the context of lifelong learning. It further specifies the parameters of professional development of a teacher in kindergarten. Czech education is compared with the countries that surround our republic. The last chapter in theoretic part is analyze educational offer for teachers in kindergartens teaching and to identify key/critical topics. Another goal is to what teachers are aware of about the offer of in-service teacher training and how they understand further aducation for their practise. The research is realized by the form of semi-structured interviews with seven kindergarten teachers. With the two leading teachers and five classical teachers. It was also realized an analysis of the educational programs they provide at the national level. An analysis of educational offers and interviews with teachers showed that the offer of educational programs partly supports the needs of individual teachers. At the same time was found out deficiencies in the field of burnout. Interviews with teachers have shown that they expect professional development to be important, but they attend less courses...
