Tato práce se v úvodu zabývá ve své teoretické části shrnutím a podrobným popisem vybraných diagnostických metod, které byly aplikovaný na vybraných konstrukčních částech existujícího mostního objektu v rámci praktické části. Dále se práce zabývá v teoretické rovině i základní terminologií a názvoslovím v oblasti mostního stavitelství. Následně ve své praktické části zabývá z hlediska diagnostiky provedením stavebně technického a statického průzkumu a následného vyhodnocení aktuálního stavebně technického, statického a materiálového stavu na vybraných konstrukčních celcích existující železobetonové mostní konstrukce. This work deals in the theoretical part in its theoretical part with a summary and detailed description of selected diagnostic methods that were applied to selected structural parts of an existing bridge structure within the practical part. The thesis also deals with the basic terminology and terminology in the field of bridge construction, subsequently, in its practical part deals in terms of diagnostics, the implementation of structural and static survey and subsequent evaluation of the current structural, technical and static state on selected structural units of existing reinforced concrete bridge structures
