V příspěvku jsou shrnuty poznatky z laboratorních i terénních experimentů zaměřených na zjištění závislosti mezi prouděním vody a rychlostmi přestupu látek na rozhraní sediment-voda. Jsou ukázány dvě skupiny možných přístupů a výpočtu a je diskutováno jejich použití. The paper summarizes the findings from laboratory and field experiments aimed at determining the dependence between water flow and the exchange rates of substances at the sediment-water interface. Two groups of possible approaches and calculations are shown and their use is discussed.
