Předkládaná práce se zabývá válkami mezi Jiřím z Poděbrad a Matyášem Korvínem, a to hlavně z vojenského hlediska. Zaměřuje se na analýzu vojenské taktiky, a to především té české, v kontextu tehdejší politické situace a diplomatických jednání. Hlavními použitými prameny byly Staré letopisy české, německy psaná kronika Eschenloerova a české a německé vojenské řády. Práce se zároveň zabývá i obrazem těchto válek v literatuře. První část je zaměřena na situaci českých zemí během vlády Jiřího z Poděbrad. Následuje hodnocení stavu českého vojenství ve 2. polovině 15. století a rozbor vojenských operací. It aimes on the millitary tactics and mostly the czech one, in the context contemporary political situation and diplomatic negotiations. Main used seources were Staré letopisy české and german written Chronicles by Eschenloer and czech and german millitary orders. It forwards assessment of the situation of czech warfare in 2. half of the 15. century and analysis of the millitary operations.
