Tato práce se zabývá návrhem podnikatelského záměru na využití nepotřebných kancelářských budov v centru města Brna , jejich možnou adaptací s následným využitím pro poskytování ubytovacích služeb v nižší cenové úrovni. Záměr se zabývá výběrem strategického objektu pro daný podnikatelský plán spolu s předpokládanými legislativními ,technickými a ekonomickými hledisky . Návrh řeší možné klady a zápory projektu spolu s předpokládaným ekonomickým přínosem pro možného investora. The Bachelor Thesis deals with a proposal of prospectus how to use unneeded office buildings in the centre of Brno; considers their possible rebuilt so that the buildings can be used as lower price category flats. The prospectus chooses a strategic object for the above mentioned business plan, relevant prospective legislative, technical and economic aspects. The proposal mentions possible pros and cons of the project together with anticipated economic revenue for a possible future investor.
