Nanoindentace umožňuje zjišťovat mechanické vlastnosti materiálu v závislosti na zaboření indentoru i na malých objemech vzorku. Z časového průběhu zaboření indentoru je možné užitím standardních procedur programu ANSYS stanovit koeficienty Prony řady pro popis viskoelastického materiálu. Článek představuje model pro simulaci zkoušky nanoindentací v ANSYS a metodiku zjištění materiálových konstant. Nanoindentation makes it possible to investigate mechanical properties of material in dependencies on penetration of the indenter also on small amounts of sample. From time course of the indenter penetration it is possible using standard procedures of the computer programme ANSYS to determine coefficients of Prony series for description of the viscoelastic material. Article presents model for simulation of the nanoindentation test in ANSYS and methodics for determination of material constants.
