Vzdělání v angličtině vytváří novou velmi úzkou vrstvu elity.Angličtina tvoří určitý pevný, ale tenký příkrov, pod kterým se žijí domácí jazyky a tradice Education in English creates a new, very thin stratum of elite. English language creates a sort of a firm but very thin cover, under which Indian languages and culture live.
