bakalářské práce: Bakalářská práce se zabývá ergoterapeutickou podporou rodin pečujících o dítě s dětskou mozkovou obrnou. Cílem práce je definovat oblasti, ve kterých může ergoterapeut tyto rodiny podpořit, a dále zhodnotit, jak vnímají přínos ergoterapeutické intervence samotní pečující. V teoretické části práce je stručně popsána dětská mozková obrna a nejběžnější u ní využívané terapie (s důrazem na ergoterapii). Teoretická část se dále zabývá neformální péčí, rodinou dítěte s dětskou mozkovou obrnou a následky, které dlouhodobá péče přináší. Poslední část teoretické části je věnována způsobu, jakým by ergoterapeuti měli s rodiči pečujícími o dítě s dětskou mozkovou obrnou pracovat, a na představení oblastí, ve kterých tak mohou činit. Praktická část na základě rozhovorů s ergoterapeuty shrnuje oblasti ergoterapeutické podpory rodin dítěte s dětskou mozkovou obrnou, a následně hodnotí tuto podporu pomocí dotazníku určeného přímo pro pečující osoby. Ergoterapeutická podpora rodin dětí s dětskou mozkovou obrnou dosud není samozřejmou součástí praxe, přestože ergoterapie může pečujícím osobám mnoho nabídnout. V této práci je tedy také popsáno, jaké jsou současné nedostatky ergoterapie zaměřené na podporu pečujících osob, které vyplynuly z dotazníků. Klíčová slova: Ergoterapie Dětská mozková obrna... The bachelor's thesis deals with occupational therapy support for families taking care of children with cerebral palsy. The work aims at defining areas where occupational therapists can support these families and also assess how the asset of occupational therapy intervention is viewed by the caregivers themselves. In the theoretical part, cerebral palsy and its most frequent therapies (with accent on occupational therapy) are briefly described. The theoretical part focuses on informal care, the family of the child with cerebral palsy and the consequences that the long-term care brings. The last part of the theoretical part deals with the way how occupational therapists should work with parents who take care of children with cerebral palsy and also introduces the areas where they can do so. Based on the interviews with occupational therapists, the practical part sums up the areas of occupational therapy support for families of children with cerebral palsy and subsequently assesses the support by means of a questionnaire for caregivers. Occupational therapy support for families of children with cerebral palsy is not a common part of practice yet, although occupational therapy can offer the caregivers a lot.
