Bakalářská práce řeší návrh čtyřpodlažního bytového domu ve Starém Městě u Uherského Hradiště. Objekt je situován v klidné části města a je osazen do mírně svažitého terénu. Je založen na základových pasech a má dva druhy zastřešení – nad 3.NP je vegetační střecha a nad 4.NP je plochá nepochozí jednoplášťová střecha. Svislé nosné konstrukce jsou v suterénu navrženy ze ztraceného bednění a v nadzemních podlažích ze systému Porotherm. Obvodové zdivo je doplněno kontaktním zateplovacím systémem Etics. Vodorovné stropní konstrukce, stěny u výtahu a schodiště jsou železobetonové monolitické. Bytový dům je podsklepen a ve čtyřech nadzemních podlažích se nachází celkem sedm bytových jednotek. V přízemí se nachází jeden byt pro osoby s omezenou schopností pohybu, ostatní bytové jednotky mají přístup na soukromou terasu nebo balkon. V 1.–3. patře jsou situovány 2 byty, ve 4. patře se nachází pouze jeden byt. Obytné místnosti jednotlivých bytů jsou orientovány na jihozápad. V podzemním podlaží se nachází sklepní kóje pro každou bytovou jednotku, kolárna, úklidová místnost a dvě technické místnosti. Z jihozápadní strany pozemku jsou navržena parkovací místa pro obyvatele domu, dále pak stojany pro kola a prostor pro třídění odpadu. K danému objektu je zpracován reálný 3D model. This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a four-storey apartment building in Staré Město near Uherské Hradiště. The object is situated in a quiet part of the town and is set in a gently sloping terrain. It is based on strip foundations and has two types of roofing – above the second floor there is a green roof and above the third floor there is a non-walkable warm flat roof. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed from permanent formwork in the basement and from the Porotherm system on the above-ground floors. The Etics contact thermal insulation system is incorporated into the external wall. The floor structures, the walls near the lift, and the staircase are from the cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The building consists of a basement and four storeys with a total of seven dwelling units. On the ground floor there is a wheelchair accessible flat. The other dwelling units have access to a balcony or terrace. On the ground, first, and second floor there are two flats. On the third floor there is only one flat. The habitable rooms of each flat are situated to the southwest. In the basement there are cellar units for each dwelling unit, a bicycle room, cleaning room, and two utility rooms. From the southwest part of the plot, there are parking places for the residents, bicycle stands, and a place for recycling. A 3D model of the building has been built.
