Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování technologického projektu spodní stavby bytového domu v Děrné. Dům je navržen jako třípodlažní s plochou střechou a bude umístěn na svažitém terénu. Základy tohoto domu budou stupňovité. Práce se zaměřuje na přípravu výstavby hrubé spodní stavby a na její organizaci. Obsahem této práce je zpracování technologických předpisů. K těmto předpisům jsou vypracovány průvodní a souhrnná technická zpráva, řešení širších dopravních vztahů, návrh strojní sestavy, návrh zařízení staveniště, kontrolní a zkušební plán, bezpečnost a ochrana zdraví při práci, položkový rozpočet včetně výkazu výměr a časový plán. Součásti této bakalářské práce je i grafické znázornění zařízení staveniště a pohybů dozeru a rýpadlo-nakladače. The subject of this bachelor thesis is to process a building construction project of the lower building of dwelling house in Děrné. The building is designed as a three- floor object with flat roof and the object will be located on the sloping terrain. The foundations of object will be stepped. The thesis focused on the preparation of the construction proces of the carcass lower building and on its organization. The content of this work is to proces technological regulations. These regulations are processed accompanying and summarized technical report, solution of broader logistic relations, proposal of the mechanical set, proposal of the construction site equipment, control and test plan, health and safety at work, the itemized budget with bill of quantities and the time-schedule plan. Part of the work is graphical illustration of construction site equipment and the movements of dozer and backhoe loader.
