Cílem této práce bude porovnání směrných a kalkulovaných cen vybraných položek pro rodinný dům. Práce bude rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části budou vysvětleny pojmy týkající se problematiky této práce a v praktické části budou porovnány ceny ÚRS a FA KRÁTKÝ, bude provedeno vyhodnocení se zdůvodněním výsledků. Na závěr se také porovnají a vyhodnotí ceny několika položek mezi programy RTS, KROS 4 a firmou FA KRÁTKÝ. Jako vstupní podklad bude použit zhotovený položkový rozpočet pro konkrétní stavební objekt. The aim of this work is to compare the guide and calculated prices of selected items for a family house. The work will be divided into two parts. In the theoretical part, the terms related to this work will be explained and in the practical part the prices of URS and FA KRATKY will be compared, the evaluation will be carried out with justification of the results. Finally, the prices of several items will be compared and evaluated between RTS, KROS 4 and FA KRATKY. The input item used will be an itemized budget for a particular building.
