Diplomová práce pojednává o vývoji výstavby rezidenčních nemovitostí v městské části Brno - Židenice. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část obsahuje obecné informace o městské části, vývoji počtu obyvatel, domů a bytů a shrnuje historický vývoj od prvního osídlení. Druhá část práce mapuje vývoj výstavby rezidenčních nemovitostí v jednotlivých časových úsecích včetně typu výstavby, urbanistickém vývoji městské části, a to od nejstarší výstavby až po analýzu rozvoje městské části v budoucích letech. Přílohou práce je přehledná mapa, která graficky znázorňuje osídlení městské části v jednotlivých období. The diploma thesis deals with the development of the construction of residential properties in the city district of Brno - Židenice. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part contains general information about the city district, the development of population, houses and flats and summarizes the historical development since the first settlement. The second part describes the development of the construction of residential properties in individual time periods, including the type of construction, urban development of the city district, from the oldest construction to the analysis of the development of the city district in future years. Attached to the work is a well - arranged map that graphically illustrates the settlement of the city district in individual periods.
