Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na založení malého podniku, ve kterém pracují finanční a hypoteční specialisti. Hlavním cílem této práce je na základě aktuální situace na trhu finančního poradenství, analýzy vnějšího okolí a výzkumu pro založení a rozvoj společnosti, sestavit s využitím metody PERT návrh založení malého podniku pro finanční a úvěrové specialisty, tak aby byl realizovatelný a konkurence schopný. This thesis focuses on the establishment of a small business in which financial and mortgage specialist’s work. The main objective of this thesis is, based on the current situation on the financial consultancy market, an analysis of the external environment and a research in establishing and developing a company, to draw up a proposal, using the PERT method, for a procedure for establishing a small business for the financial and credit specialists, such that it is viable and competitive.
