Cílem bakalářské práce bylo vytvořit dokumentaci pro stavební povolení a dokumentaci pro provedení stavby objektu, jehož návrh vychází z již dříve zpracované studie v rámci předmětu AG33 - Výrobní stavby. Jedná se o projekt autocentra Volkswagen Group v Brně-Zábrdovicích. Zadané místo stavby se nachází na rovinatém pozemku a je ohraničeno ulicemi Cejl, Jana Svobody, bytovými bloky a řekou Svitavou. Autocentrum se skládá ze tří funkčních jednotek - showroomu, skladu náhradních dílů a servisu. V rámci bakalářské práce byl rozpracováván objekt showroomu. Oproti servisu je architektonicky zajímavější, jelikož slouží k výstavě koncernových vozů a měl by svým výrazem zaujmout kolemjdoucí. Současně se v něm nachází i sklad ND, a to z důvodu přímého kontaktu zboží se showroomem a servisem. Objekt je halového typu, dvoupodlažní, nepodsklepený. Nachází se v něm osobní a automobilový výtah z důvodu výstavy vozů i v 2.NP. Nosnou konstrukcí je ocelový skelet doplněný o ztužující prvky. Skelet je založen na železobetonových patkách a vetknutých pilotách z důvodu nestabilního podloží. Objekt je zastřešen jednoplášťovou plochou střechou, jež je nesena ocelovými přihradovými nosníky. Opláštění je tvořeno fasádními panely Kingspan, před nimiž je osazen děrovaný nerezový plech. Z jižní strany (ulice Cejl) je fasáda tvořena skleněným fasádním systémem od firmy Schüco. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to create the documentation for building permit and documentation for the construction of the building, which is based on a previously elaborated study under the subject AG33 - Production Structures. This is a project of the carcentre Volkswagen Group in Brno-Zábrdovice. The assigned building site is located on a flat land and is bordered by the streets Cejl, Jana Svobody, blocks of flats and the river Svitava. The carcentre consists of three functional units - a showroom, a spare parts shop and a garage. Within the framework of the bachelor thesis, a showroom was developed. Compared to the garage it is architecturally more interesting because it is used for the exhibition of VW group cars and it should be interesting for passers-by. At the same time there is a warehouse of the spare parts because of the direct contact of the goods with the showroom and the garage. The object is hallway type, two-storey, non-cellar. There are a passenger lift and a car lift for the exhibition of cars on the 2nd floor. The supporting structure is a steel framing, supplemented with reinforcing elements. The skeleton is based on reinforced concrete beads and interlocked piles due to unstable subsoil. The building is covered with a single-layer flat roof, which is carried by steel girder beams. The casing is made up of Kingspan facade panels, fitted with a perforated stainless steel plate. From the south side (Cejl Street), the facade is made up of a Schüco glass facade system.
