Práce se zabývá moderními metodami molekulární biologie, které slouží jak k přesné identifikaci sinic, tak k odhalení jejich schopnosti produkovat cyanotoxiny. This work summarises and introduces modern methods of molecular biology, which are frequently used to both cyanobacterial identification and detection of cyanotoxin production.
