V této práci vybrány kultury konopí, zástupce bylin a osiky, zástupce dřevin. Experimenty byly zaměřeny na studium schopnosti akumulace některých těžkých kovů (Pb, Cd, Zn, As a Cu) a jejich následné translokace do nadzemních částí. In this research the cultures of hemp and aspen as a representative of herbs and woody species were selected. The experiments were focused on study of ability of plants to accumulated heavy metals (Pb, Cd, Zn, As a Cu) and translocated them to upper part of plants.
