Tématem diplomové práce je terénní logopedická péče u osob s afázií. Práce je koncipována do čtyř kapitol, z čehož první tři kapitoly jsou teoretického charakteru, čtvrtá kapitola je empirická. První kapitola se zaobírá definicí komunikace a narušené komunikační schopnosti, věnuje se centrální i periferní nervové soustavě a jejím vlivu na komunikační schopnost. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na afázii jako na druh získané narušené komunikační schopnosti u dospělých osob. Je zde popsána etiologie, symptomatologie a logopedická intervence, kam spadá diagnostika, terapie a prevence. Třetí kapitola zmiňuje systém organizace logopedické intervence v České republice, která je rozdělena do třech rezortů. Dále je popsána terénní logopedická péče, která je již běžnou součástí poskytované logopedické péče v zahraničí. Čtvrtá kapitola diplomové práce představuje smíšený design výzkumného šetření, které bylo zaměřeno na poskytování terénní logopedické péče u nás. Hlavním cílem výzkumného šetření bylo analyzovat specifika terénní logopedické péče u osob s afázií a zmapovat poskytování této služby. Následně byly stanoveny dílčí cíle práce a výzkumné otázky. Bylo zpracováno uskutečněné dotazníkové šetření mezi logopedy a rozhovory s logopedy a osobami s afázií s dopomocí jejich rodin. V závěru práce byly shrnuty... The topic of the thesis is speech therapy for people with aphasia. The thesis is divided into four chapters, the first three chapters are concerning the theory, the fourth chapter is empirical. The first chapter contains the definition of communication and the definition of disturbed communication ability, it dedicates the central and peripheral nervous system and its impact on the communication ability. The second chapter focuses on the aphasia as a kind of disturbed communication of ability gained by adults. Herein is described the etiology, symptomology and speech therapy intervention, the part of this is diagnostics, therapy and prevention. The third chapter mentions the system of organization of the speech therapy intervention in the Czech Republic which is divided into three sectors. Further is described the speech therapy in home care as an ordinary part of speech therapy abroad. The fourth chapter presents the combined research focused on provided speech therapy in home care in our country. The main purpose of such research was to analyse the specifics of speech therapy in home care for persons with aphasia and to record availability of providing this service.
