Bakalářská práce je speciálněpedagogická a je zaměřena na problematiku orofaciálních rozštěpů, jejich stomatologickou intervenci a logopedickou péči pacienta. V teoretické části je představena stručná historie a současný pohled na danou problematiku. Vymezeny jsou příčiny vzniku orofaciálních rozštěpů a klasifikace rozštěpových vad. Teoretická část bakalářské práce popisuje důvody rehabilitace narušené orofaciální oblasti a možné důsledky, které mohou vzniknout na základě vrozené rozštěpové vady. Zaměřeno je zvláště na velofaryngální insuficienci a palatolalii, která s rozštěpy úzce souvisí. Nakonec teoretické části je popisována rehabilitační péče o pacienty s orofaciálním rozštěpem a mezioborová spolupráce se zaměřuje na stomatologickou a logopedickou péči. Praktická část se zabývá třemi kazuistikami pacientů s podobným defektem a je obohacena o fotografie stavu dutiny ústní pacientů během jejich ortodontické a protetické léčby a po ukončení léčby. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jak byla zajištěna mezioborová spolupráce v průběhu péče u skupiny tří dotazovaných pacientů. Hlavní výzkumnou otázkou je zjišťováno zajištění stomatologické a logopedické intervence jednotlivých pacientů. Výzkum zjišťuje, kdy byla u zkoumaných pacientů zahájena logopedická péče. Zajímá nás, zda pacientům komplexní... The thesis is focused on orofacial clefts, dental intervention and the speech therapy of the patient. The theoretical part describes the given issues from a historical and contemporary perspective. The thesis covers causes of orofacial clefts and the necessity of identifying a solution. Orofacial clefts are discussed and classified. Identifying the issues that may result from congenital cleft defects. It is focused on the velopharyngeal inadequacy and the cleft palate speech, which is closely connected with orofacial clefts. At the end of this segment the treatment schedule of the orofacial clefts is described. The interdisciplinary cooperation focuses on dental therapy and speech therapy. The practical part deals with three similar casuistries about three patients with a similar defect. Photographic documentation of patients during their orthodontic and prosthetic treatment and after their treatment is provided. The purpose of this thesis is to describe how the interdisciplinary cooperation was ensured in a group of patients. The research investigates the initiation of speech therapy with the patients. The thesis is focused on the patient's rehabilitation and the optimal communication condition. The methods and the research tools are casuistries based on a questionnaire and semi-controlled...
