Práce se zabývá hodnotovou orientací volného času současných vysokoškolských studentů. Teoretická část práce se skládá ze tří základních kapitol - hodnoty, volný čas, adolescence/mladší dospělost. V kapitolách jsou vymezeny základní pojmy k pochopení životních hodnot a faktorů ovlivňujících tyto hodnoty. Dále se práce zabývá definicí volného času, funkcí volného času z různých pohledů. Práce rovněž popisuje psychický a z části i fyzický vývoj adolescenta a jedince v mladší dospělosti, tedy období, ve kterých se nachází vysokoškolský student. Praktická část se zabývá vyhodnocením dotazníku. Získaná data z dotazníku jsou srovnána z části podle tenderu, z části podle fakulty. Dotazník vyplňovali studenti Jihočeské univerzity. V dotazníku byly zjišťovány aktivity studentů ve volném čase a jejich priorit, co se volného času týče. Výsledky jsou shrnuty v závěru práce. The thesis deals with the value orientation of free time of contemporary university students. The theoretical part consists of three basic chapters-values, leisure time, adolescence/younger adulthood. The chapters definethe basic concepts to understand life values and factors influencing these values. Further more, the thesis deals with the definition of leisure time and a function of leisure time from different perspectives. The thesis also describes the psychological and, in part, the physical development of adolescents and younger adults - the periods which a college student is going through. The practical part deals with the evaluation of the questionnaire. The data obtained from the questionnaire are compared partly according to the tender, partly by the faculty. The questionnaire was answered by students of the University of South Bohemia. The questionnaire surveyed students' leisure time activities and their priorities in terms of leisure time. The results are summarized in the conclusion.
