Tato práce se zabývá řízením změny v konkrétní zdravotnické organizaci - na gynekologicko-porodnickém oddělení - a jejím cílem je zhodnotit průběh řízení změny z manažerského hlediska a také zhodnotit její udržitelnost v organizaci. Zaměřila jsem se na průzkum postupu a na provedení této konkrétní změny, a to změny od klasického modelu porodnictví až po respektující porodnictví s využitím alternativních metod a podpory přirozeného porodu. Použila jsem metody kvalitativního výzkumu, totiž metody přímého zúčastněného pozorování. Z terénních poznámek, rozhovoru a analýzy na sociálních sítích jsem vytvořila přehled průběhu změny a zdůraznila nalezené problematické oblasti. Podařilo se mi zodpovědět všechny kladené otázky a zhodnotit průběh této změny a její udržitelnost. Na závěr diplomové práce přináším jako pomůcku pro další zařízení návrh praktického průvodce konkrétní změnou. This theses deals with leading change in the specific organization, gynecologycal obstetrician department. The main aim of this theses is to evaluate leading of this change from the manager point of view and also to evaluate its sustainibility in the organization. I was focused on the research of the proces and execution of this specific change. It was the change from the clasiccal model of obsetrics to the respectfull model of obstetrics with using alternative methods and support of the natural birth. I used the qualitative research methods, patricipating observation. I created the summary of the proces of the change and underlined the found problematic parts from the field notes, interview and analysis of social networks. I managed to answer all asked questions and evaluate the process of change and its sustainability. At the end I offered a practical guide of the specific change as a tool for other organizactions.
