Diplomová práce se zabývá reflexí policejní práce z pohledu samotných policistů a policistek, a to v historickém kontextu fungování Policie České republiky, tedy od roku 1991 do současnosti. Nosným pilířem celé práce je orálně historický průzkum provedený se současnými a bývalými policisty. Cílem této práce je seznámit veřejnost s vnímáním policejního prostředí zevnitř, přímo od samotných řadových policistů. V práci jsou dále analyzovány a vyhodnocovány zjištěné souvislosti. Klíčová slova: Policie, Policie České republiky, orální historie, historie, policejní kultura This thesis follows up with reflection of police work, from the point of view policeman and policewoman themselves, in the historical context of the operation of the Police of the Czech Republic from 1991 until present. The foundation of all of this work is orally historical research from present and former police officers. The goal of this work is to apprise public with perception of police surrounding from inside, right from regular police officers. In this thesis are analysed and evaluated discovered connections.
