Rigorózní práce "Rozhodčí řízení před Rozhodčím soudem při Hospodářské komoře České republiky a Agrární komoře České republiky" se zabývá především právní úpravou rozhodčí řízení vedeného před Rozhodčím soudem při Hospodářské komoře České republiky a Agrární komoře České republiky (dále jen "Rozhodčí soud"). Těžištěm této práce je pojednání zejména o úpravě obsažené v Řádu Rozhodčího soudu, který obsahuje poměrně komplexní úpravu pravidel pro vedené rozhodčího řízení před Rozhodčím soudem a rovněž o právní úpravě obsažené v zákoně č. 216/1994 Sb., o o rozhodčím řízení a o výkonu rozhodčích nálezů, v aktuálním znění. Při pojednání o problematice rozhodčího řízení před Rozhodčím soudem nebyl opomíjená ani rozsáhlá rozhodovací praxe obecných civilních soudů a odborná literatura. Rigorózní práce si dala za cíl nejen popis rozhodčího řízení před Rozhodčím soudem, ale rovněž jejím cílem bylo zaměřit se i na aktuální problémy související s tímto řízení a se současnou právní úpravou; současně bylo cílem nabídnout vlastní úvahu ohledně problematických témat a tak, kde to bylo alespoň trochu možné, najít východisko. Obsahem práce je pojednání o instituci rozhodčího řízení, o druzích rozhodčího řízení, dále o Rozhodčím soudu, jeho orgánech a o jeho fungování. Dále není opomenuto ani pojednání o funkci... This rigorous thesis, entitled "Arbitration before the Arbitration Court Attached to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic", deals primarily with the legal regulation of arbitration proceedings before the Arbitration court attached to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the "Arbitration Court"). The main focus of this work is on the ongoing debate in respect of the regulation contained in the Arbitration Rules issued by Arbitration Court, which contains a rather complex regulation of the rules for the arbitration proceedings before the Arbitration court, as well as on the legal regulation contained in Act No. 216/1994 Coll., on arbitration and the enforcement of arbitral awards, as amended. While preparing this thesis on the issue of arbitration before the Arbitration Court, I paid close attention to both the extensive body of case law and the ideas put forth in professional literature.
