Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena zejména na projektování BIM metodikou, konkrétně pak na oblast vytváření rozpočtů. V teoretické části je nejprve popsána současná 2D projektová dokumentace a v návaznosti na ni i současný cenový systém. Dále se práce zabývá informačním modelováním a jeho implementací do běžné stavební praxe. V závěru je navrženo využití současné cenové soustavy pro rozpočtování v BIM prostředí. This diploma thesis focuses mainly on designing projects using BIM technology, specifically on the field of budgeting. In the theoretical part the current 2D project documentation and the current price system is described. Furthermore, the thesis deals with information modeling and its implementation into common building practice. At the end, it is described how to use current pricing system for budgeting in the BIM environment.
