V listopadovém šetření CVVM Sociologického ústavu AV ČR, v. v. i., položilo baterii otázek týkajících se fungování politických stran v České republice.Téměř tři čtvrtiny české veřejnosti se domnívají, že politické strany rozdělují společnost. Dvě pětiny občanů mají za to, že žádná z politických stran nereprezentuje jejich názory, ovšem většina (53 %) obyvatel nesouhlasí s tímto výrokem. Se zbylými negativní výroky o politických stranách, které byly uvažovány v tomto šetření, vždy souhlasí alespoň tři pětiny populace. Přesto meziročně posílily spíše pozitivní postoje k politickým stranám. Z hlediska uvažovaných výroků lze postoj obyvatel k politickým stranám vyjádřený v letošním šetření považovat za jeden z nejkladnějších od roku 2005. In November, the Public Opinion Research Centre asked a set of questions related to attitudes of the Czech citizens towards Czech political parties. Almost three quarters of Czech society indicated that political parties divide the society. Two fifths of citizens believe that none of the political parties represent their own interests, however, majority of citizens does not agree with this statement. The rest of the negative statements, which were considered in this survey, were accepted by at least three fifths of respondents. Nevertheless, since the last year, the positive attitudes towards the political parties strengthened. In regard of the considered statements, it can be concluded that the attitudes towards the political parties in Czech society expressed in this year's survey are the most positive since 2005.
