Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu vzdělávacích potřeb seniorů ve vybrané lokalitě a to se zaměřením na jejich motivaci k dalšímu vzdělávání. V teoretické části práce jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy spojené s gerontagogikou a oblastmi s ní souvisejícími. Část empirická je zaměřena na zjišťování vzdělávacích potřeb seniorů za pomoci empirického výzkumu prováděného dotazníkovým šetřením a rozhovorem s poskytovatelem dalšího vzdělávání seniorů. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts of geragogy and related areas. The empirical part of this thesis analyses educational needs of senior citizens by means of questionnaires and a controlled interview with a further education provider.
