Dne 7. května 2008 byl proveden mezi obyvateli obcí, na jejichž katastrálním území je plánována výstavba větrného parku – v obcích Rakov, Horní Netčice, Býškovice, Malhotice a Opatovice – výzkum veřejného mínění týkající se problematiky využívání čistých zdrojů energie. Výzkum byl realizován formou dotazníkového šetření provedeného přímým dotazováním za pomoci vyškolených tazatelů. The study presents results from the questionnaire survey made on May 7th, 2008 with inhabitants of the municipalities that have been identified as potential areas for wind turbines development (Rakov, Horní Netčice, Býškovice, Malhotice and Opatovice).
