Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na popis posttraumatické stresové poruchy a jejích symptomů se zaměřením na poruchy spánku. Výzkumné části předchází literárně teoretická část. Tato část je zaměřena na tři oblasti - samotná posttraumatická stresová porucha (dále jen PTSD), poruchy spánku a léčba. První část je věnována vymezení pojmů jako stres, trauma a posttraumatická stresová porucha. Dále se práce věnuje spánku a zejména poruchám spánku, které se mohou objevit u této diagnózy. Třetí oblast se zaměřuje na popis farmakologické a především psychoterapeutické léčby. Jelikož téma poruch spánku u PTSD není v České republice zatím podrobněji probádáno, byla navržena korelační studie, která by měla odhalit, zda příznaky PTSD korelují se sníženou kvalitou spánku u jedinců, jimž byla PTSD diagnostikována. Toto měření by mělo být zajištěno dotazníkovým šetřením a umožnit případné další bádání v této oblasti. The research part is preceded by the theoretical part. This part is focused on three areas - posttraumatic stress disorder (hereafter PTSD), sleeping disorders and treatment. The first part is dedicated to the definition of the concepts of stress, trauma and PTSD itself. Further on, it focused on describing of the treatment, pharmacological and foremost psychotherapy. In the Czech Republic, the area of sleep disorders in PTSD is yet to be explored. Therefore, a correlation study has been proposed in order to reveal possible relationship between PTSD symptoms and sleep quality in individuals who have been diagnosed with PTSD. The data will be obtained by a questionnaire survey and hopefully, I will enable further research in this area in the future.
